Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your UGG Boots, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Boots

  Place your unworn boots back in their original UGG box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
